I am a warm, empathic Psychologist with over 15-years of clinical experience in assessment and psychotherapy. I am passionate about my work and care deeply for my clients and their well-being. I offer a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic approach to help you address your areas of concern by setting achievable goals and implementing strategies that promote acceptance, healing, resilience, personal growth, and overall well-being. I practice Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrate elements of Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Humanistic Therapy orientations. I also have trained in Behavioural  Sleep Medicine and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

Affiliations and Memberships

I completed my Honours Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, and Doctoral Degrees in Clinical Psychology at York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I am a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) with competencies in the areas of Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychology. I am also a member of the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA). I have several years of experience using evidence-based therapeutic approaches in the provision of individual psychotherapy to adult clients. More specifically, I have extensive experience providing Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of Mood and Anxiety Disorders and have a special interest in the assessment and treatment of Acute and Chronic Insomnia (CBT-I). Another area of special interest is Narcissistic Abuse Recovery. Over the course of my career, I have trained, practiced, and held research positions at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), the Hospital for Sick Children, North York General Hospital, and the University Health Network (UHN). In addition to my private practice, I have also worked at Cleveland Clinic Canada, providing psychological assessment and treatment services in the Executive Health Program.
